Important Note
To successfully submit a valid registration, the following items (in addition to the registration form) must be provided for each participant: Photo, Birth Certificate, current Report Card, NYS Physical Examination, and Health Insurance ID Card.
Registration for the 2023 season is now closed. Please stay tuned for 2024 registration form, which will be made available early next year.
